Share What You Love Fun Fold Card

Today brings you another card from the Share What You Love Early Release Bundle and a little help from Jackie Bolhuis from

I recently had surgery on my Achilles and just returning from a two plus week rest period.  I needed a little help to get my mojo back and Jackie created this really fun card which will be one of my projects at my June stamping workshop.  Thank you, Jackie, for helping me out!
Here are the dimensions for the card I created.  It's a little different from Jackie's but the fun fold still works the same.
Tranquil Tide card base cut 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
Tranquil Tide cut 1 x 5 1/2 for the banner
Whisper White cut 3 x 11
Scraps of Rich Razzleberry, Tranquil Tide, and Whisper White for punching and die cutting
Share What You Love Specialty Paper cut 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and also two coordinating strips cut 1/4 x 5 1/2

Here is the inside of the card.  I used the water color splash and stamped off to create the background using Pool Party ink.

Here is a closer look at the water color splash.

Here is a look at the focal image.  Many layers but really looks nice.

Backside of focal point using the Layering Circle Framelit to hide the adhesive.

I used the retired Itty Bitty flower punch to add a bit of flare to the backside of the card where the banner attaches.  Pearl embellishment from the Share What You Love Bundle.

Here is a complete look at the backside where I added my personalized stamp along with the Stampin' Up! copyright image.

Love this card design!

I also used my silicone mat along with my piecing mat.  It's nice to have the mat when working with Multi-purpose Liquid Glue.  The piercing mat is a must have when working with Photopolymer stamps.

I hope you like the card Jackie created along with my version as well.  I love that we can CASE (copy and share everything).  It definitely helped me get my mojo back.

Rooted In Nature Available June 1st!

I'm super excited to share with you today a spin off from our Onstage make and take using Rooted in Nature.  Rooted in Nature is jammed packed with 16 stamps.  Starting on June 1st, customers may purchase the Nature's Poem Suite.  It's one of my favorite Suites for 2018-2019.
The card I created uses many different layers and embellishments.  I even added a bit of Wink of Stella to the die cut small leaves.  Shaded Spruce, one of our new colors also available June 1st is a darker green but reminds me a little bit of Mossy Meadow and Tranquil Tide.  I'm sure you are going to love this Suite!
Nature's Poem Designer Series Paper is part of my Paper Share.  Be sure to check out my offer; you can't go wrong with Designer Series Paper.

Inside of card; die cut the large tree and secured in place with adhesive.

Thank you for visiting my blog today.  I appreciate your support.  Happy crafting!

Love What You Do: Clean & Simple Card Design

Here is a clean and simple card for you today I cased from Liz Designs and the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series paper does most of the work for you.

I used just two colors of ink; Grapefruit Grove and Tranquil Tide.  I like that Mint Macaron will be back in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  I also like that Very Vanilla card stock goes so well with the Specialty paper.  I added some Linen Thread to break up the empty space down at the bottom of the focal point.

I hope you have had a chance to review the Share What You Love early release.  If you haven't, take a look at the flyer below.  There's something for everyone.

Here are the dimensions if you would like to case this card:

Very Vanilla cardbase cut 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored at 4 1/4
Share What You love Specialty Designer Paper cut 4 x 5 1/4
Mint Macaron panel cut 2 5/8 x 3 3/8
Very Vanilla panel cut 2 1/4 x 3 1/2
Matching Very Vanilla Envelope

Make sure you visit my Class in the Mail.  This is one of the cards I am featuring but using Call Me Clover instead of the Tranquil Tide.

Have a great day stamping today!
