Dandelion Wishes and Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper

Have you ever tried stamping onto Pretty Paper instead of Whisper White or Very Vanilla card stock?  It's easy to do if you have a pattern that is lighter in shade and a more neutral pattern like the marble pattern in in Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper.
Here are the supplies I used to create this card:

Cardstock
Smokey Slate cut 5 ½ x 8 ½, scored at 2 1/8, 4 ¼
Basic Gray panel cut 3 ¾ x 5
Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper cut 3 5/8 x 4 7/8
Whisper White cut 4 x 5 ¼ for inside panel
Basic Gray and Blushing Bride scraps

Inks:      Smokey Slate, Blushing Bride
Punch:  Everyday Label
Embellishment:  Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems, Wink of Stella

I used a sponge dauber to add a bit of Blushing Bride to each Dandelion and then finished off with some Wink of Stella!

I sure do love how this card turned out.  The font style that is incorporated into the Dandelion Wishes stamp set is so pretty.  The curves and swooshes make the sentiments very appealing.  This stamp set is a must have for all levels of stamping. Petal Promenade Designer Series paper is another paper that you will not want to cut into, but, I challenge you to do so!  It's elegant, the colors coordinate nicely, and it's just plain beautiful.

The Petal Pink Rhinestone Gems also works well with this card.

Here is my video showing you how to create this card.

I hope you like today's card.  For more stamping inspiration, follow me on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/InspiredByGram/
